John L. Scott, 60, of Anderson, passed away on March 8, 2021, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born on January 19, 1961, in West Chester, PA, the son of Jim and Judy Scott. John was a mechanic who had worked for Marsh Supermarkets/Warehouse for over 20 years. He enjoyed golfing, fundraising for the Masonic Lodge, SERVE Week, and music. John was always doing something for others. He genuinely was a nice guy.
John is survived by his wife, whom he married June 15, 2000, Penny (Lowe) Scott; his parents; children, Zachary Scott, Chelsea Scott, and Amanda (Cory) Johnson; and grandchildren, Jolie, Braelynn, and Rory.
