Four Brothers-in-law: Michael Hayes of Henderson, KY; Joe Blevins, Rocky Blevins and Trent Blevins all of Anderson. Mother-in-law: Peggy G. Hicks Blevins of Anderson. One Niece, three Nephews, several aunts, several uncles, several cousins, and several friends. He was preceded in death by brother: David Ausley and a sister: Patricia Hayes.
