Joey was born December 27, 1941 in Great Falls to John and Mary Ann (Vukasin) Tuss Jr. In 1943 the family moved to Winifred. Joey graduated from high school in Winifred. After graduation, he was united in marriage to Cheryll Halverson, they later divorced and he remarried Lynda Badlock. Joey worked hard his entire life and made many, many friends along the way.
