John J. Clark, 65 of Lafayette, unexpectedly passed-away on Tuesday Oct 26, 2021.  John was born on October 3, 1956, in Martinsville, IN to Norman C. Clark and Virginia G. (Boothe) Clark.

On September 21, 1985, he married Diana Heide in at St Mary Cathedral in Lafayette and she survives. John and Diana enjoyed many blessed years together.

John graduated from Martinsville HS in 1975 and then went on to earn an associate degree in Graphic Arts from IVY Tech State College.  He was employed by various advertising firms until he started is own firm Covely & Clark Advertising in 1985.  John then went on to join the very dynamic team at Copper Moon Coffee where he worked his remaining days.

John is now in the joyous company of his parents, Norman, and Virginia along with his two brothers, Michael and Daniel who proceeded him in death.

John enjoyed the outdoors, woodworking, and other various art forms.  For the last 28 years John was deeply involved in helping the people of Malawi.  John contributed his artistic design to progress the Malawi Project forward with aid for educational, healthcare, and agricultural needs.  He was an avid basketball player, enjoyed bicycling and leisure walks in the woods.

Along with his wife, Diana, John is survived by two sisters, Lisa (Jeff) Boxx and Linda (Chad) Daffron and a great number of nieces and nephews, Christopher M Clark, Noelle M Clark, Caitlyn S DeWeese, Jason N Brown, Justin G Brown, Miranda D Graham, Corey R. Daffron, Chase R. Daffron, and two loving dogs, Leo and Katie.
