John T. Torielli John “Jack” Torielli, 81, of Danbury, husband of Mildred (Peknik) Torielli died on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Danbury Hospital. Mr. Torielli was born in Danbury, October 15, 1922, a son of John T. and Mary (Michiko) Torielli. He attended Danbury schools and was a graduate of Danbury High School. A retired plumber-steam fitter, he was employed with the former Holman Co. of Danbury. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a member of St. Gregory the Great Parish. In addition to his wife of sixty three years, he is survived by two sons, John “Jackie” and David; a brother, Robert Torielli; a sister Margaret “Peggy” Asmar and four grandchildren, Emilie, Camille, Michael and Jessica.
