John Richard “Jack” Barrett, Jr., age 80, of Greensboro, GA, died Thursday, November 8, 2018 at his residence. Born in Parkersburg, WV on March 4, 1938, Jack was the son of the late John Richard Barrett, Sr. and Doris Dear Summers Barrett. He graduated from Parkersburg Catholic High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. For thirty-nine years he worked for GMAC retiring in 1999 as Vice President. His many interests included golfing, boating, traveling, taking cruises, and working in the yard. Most of all he enjoyed being with his family and his dogs.
