John ‘Jack’ Francis Feeney of Plymouth formerly of Brockton, passed away peacefully in thearms of his beloved wife of 52 years Kathleen F. (Passamonti) Feeney, on Sunday January 24th at Life Care Center of Plymouth. Born in Boston on November 16, 1932, son of the late Joseph and Helen (Donovan) Feeney. John was educated in South Boston and a graduate of South Boston High School and later went on the attend Bentley College. He was a long time employee of Verizon where he worked on their installation and repair team. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War serving aboard the USS Coral Sea. A member of the American Legion Post # 40 Plymouth, V.F.W. Post #1822 Plymouth. Jack was an avid sports fan of the New England Patriots and NY Yankee’s and his greatest joy in life was time spent with his family.Besides his wife Kathleen, he is survived by his sons John J. Feeney of Florida and Robert P.Feeney and his wife Lauren of East Wareham. He is the grandfather of Claudia Feeney of E.Wareham. He was the twin brother of the late Joseph T. Feeney.
