A dedicated husband, father, brother, golfer and legal mind, as well as a man of great Catholic faith, left our world surrounded by loving family and friends. He is preceded in heaven by daughter Kelly, and is survived by wife Tamalyn Lewis, daughters Abigail and Bridgette,(Chris St. Hilaire) and son Joshua Hebert (Mary) , 2 grandchildren, as well as 8 brothers and sisters. He will be missed by family, golf buddies, the legal community, friends and countless warm feelings from the lives he changed as a selfless volunteer for Ryan House and Hospice of the Valley.
