Born in New York City on October 28, 1943 he was the beloved son of the late Raymond and Veronica Walsh Cosgrove.
John is survived by his brother Peter Cosgrove of Chestertown, NY; Aunt Ruth Glenn and her husband John of Ocean Grove, NJ; Nephew Peter Cosgrove Jr. of Chestertown, NY and cousins John, Patty and Maureen.
