John Hewitt Jr., 64, Anderson, passed away March 7, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 6, 1947 in Shelbyville, Indiana, and resided in Anderson. John was a graduate of Shelbyville High School. He served his country in the US Air Force. He was a self-employed electronics specialist/TV repairman. John was a loving brother and a lifelong member of the VFW.
He is survived by his daughters, Christina Runshe fiance, Bo Johnson, Arlene Lawrence Greg, and Jami Blythe Eric; siblings, Linda Jones, Edward Hewitt Eva, Pamela Jane Ebbert Joe, Tracy Hewitt Michelle, Tony Hewitt Stacy and Mary Jo Havens Drew; grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Josh White, Lance Hazelwood, Jena Collins, Johnny and Brooklyn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father & step-mother, John E. & Marilyn Hewitt; mother, Alice Hewitt; siblings, Terry Hewitt, Billy Hewitt, and James Hewitt; grandparents, Goldie & Clarence Borders and Floma DeWitt Haas.
