Mr. Guerra was born October 7, 1974 in Temple, the son of Tomas and Noemi Alvarado Guerra. John was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for hunting and fishing. He loved to BBQ and spend time with family and friends, and loved to do competition BBQ with his friends. John has made a significant impact on the lives of everyone he knew he didn’t just make friends he considered those closest to him his family and always put everyone else first.
John graduated from Belton High School and pursued further education at ITT Technical Institute; he was employed with Panel Specialists Inc. in Temple, TX.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Juan Alvarado; his paternal grandparents, Tomas and Victoria Guerra; and brother, David.
He is survived by his parents, Tomas and Noemi; his maternal grandmother, Esperanza Alvarado; brothers, Don (Erica), Michael, and Thomas; nieces, Gabriella and Isabella and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
