John H. “Pappy” Hall, age 58, of Resaca, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. He was born on June 21, 1963. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Beulah “Ledford” Hall; and brother, Donnie Talent.
He is survived by his wife, Stacey Hall of Resaca; daughters, Sarah Crisp of Calhoun, Kayla (Andrew) Watkins of Dalton, and Leigha (Nicholas) Ortiz of Dawnville; brothers, James, George, and Larry Talent of Dalton, Jimmy Young of Florida, and Hugh (Berenice) Hall of Dalton; sister, Margarett Young of Florida; grandchildren, Braxton, Cheyenne, Austin, Carson, Savannah, Ryan, Matthew, Adelynn, Karter, Shelby, Paisley, and several nieces and nephews; father in law, Jackey Harrison of Dalton; mother in laws, Teresa Lloyd and Doris Harrison of Dalton; brother in laws, Timmy (Freda) Harrison of Varnell, Dewayne (Nicole) Lloyd of Beaverdale, Michael (Jill) Harrison of Dawnville, and David Pope of Alabama; sister in laws, Emile Harrison of Dawnville and Victoria (Heath) Gallagher of Alabama; and special friends, Michael (Patricia) Thompson of Varnell, Jerry (Christina) Barnard of Chatsworth, Thomas (Tanasa) Craig of Dawnville. John passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving wife while surrounded by his family.
