John Frank Howell, age 99 of Clay, AL passed away on December 7, 2017. He was a member of Clay United Methodist Church. He was active with the Boy Scouts for many years and a member of Clay Senior Citizen Group. He was a World War II veteran. He is survived by his wife, Martha Howell; children, Mardis Howell (Nancy), Mark Howell (Diane) and Marlece Greene (Mike); sister, Jane Lange; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
