He is survived by his mother, Roberta (Bill) Swanson, of Ottawa, his father Allen (Lisa) Fowler, of Visalia, CA, his fiancée, Amy, two children, Cash and Kenleigh Fowler, of Ottawa, a brother, Gerald (Shannon) Gibson, of Indianapolis, IN, a sister, Aaryn (Dexter) Brooker, of Utica, former wife, and friend Stacey Fowler and extended family David (Lisa) Voice, Brittany Nichols, and Tiffany (Shaun) Hornbeck. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charlotte Callahan and Fredrick Selig and his paternal grandmother Wynona Fowler.
