John Edward “Johnny” Lambert Jr., 68 of Decatur passed away at his residence on May 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents and his infant brother Terry Baxter Lambert. He is survived by his only child Whitney Ann Lambert. Johnny was born on March 18, 1952 to John Edward Lambert Sr. and Barbara Norris Lambert. He was a 1970 graduate of West Morgan High School and studied psychology at Calhoun Community College. He worked as a welder and was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 760 for over 30 years. Johnny always had a love for music from a young age. He could sing, play multiple instruments and was a great dancer. He also enjoyed playing golf and watching Auburn football.
