John Earl Moscrip, known to all as Jack, was born on December 2, 1934 in White Lake, Wisconsin. He was the second of three children born to Kenneth Earl Moscrip and Evelyn Florence Bordeau; eight years younger than his sister Mary, and six years older than his brother Bill. Jack spent his early years in Wisconsin. He had wonderful memories of living with his Moscrip grandparents, including riding on the trains with his grandfather who worked as a conductor.
