John E. Simon passed away on August 26, 2015 at the age of 76. Preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Ellen Simon. Survived by his three sisters, Ellen White of Metairie, Verna “Boogie” Simon Behan of Marrero, Sandra Sensebe (Bobby) of Oakdale La, Brother, E.J. Simon, his Sweetheart Robin Green of Woldenberg Nursing home, Numerous Nieces and Nephews and one Great Niece. John had many friends. He even received the “Friendliest Person“ award at Woldenberg for his great ability to make friends everywhere he went. He was an avid Bingo player, and enjoyed life. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends at Woldenberg.
