John E. Mulcahy 1960-2015 NORWICH – John E. Mulcahy, 54, of Lauren Lane, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 in his home. Born in Rochester, NH, he was the son of Evon B. (Eaton) Mulcahy and the late James P. Mulcahy. Mr. Mulcahy worked as a very skilled self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed the outdoors including camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He was known to be a very generous person, always there to lend a hand. In addition to his mother, John is survived by his son, Patrick Mulcahy of Norwich; his brother, James Mulcahy of Wolcott; his sister, Mary Mulcahy-Dorantes of Willington and one grandson, Michael Mulcahy. He is predeceased by his sister, the late Nancy Marie Mulcahy.
