John David Gwinn, age 40, of Kingston died unexpectedly at his home on November 27, 2020. He was the devoted husband of Melissa Marie (Ellis) Gwinn. Born in Boston, MA on October 14, 1980, John was the beloved son of Jennifer (DeVries) Gwinn of Berwick, ME and the late David Gwinn of Cristfield, MD. He was educated in Scituate, MA and was a graduate of Scituate High School. He also attended Northeastern University in Boston. For most of his life John worked as an automotive mechanic, most recently working for Minot Motor Works in Marshfield, had many interests and hobbies throughout the years. He enjoyed Riding his dirt bike, hunting, working on motors, sailing and boating. But John most especially enjoyed spending time with his wife and children. He will be greatly missed by the countless hearts he touched.Besides leaving his wife Melissa and mother Jennifer, John was the loving father of his son John D. Gwinn and daughters Sadie M Gwinn and Lilian M. Gwinn all of Kingston. He was the cherished brother of Sarah Laterreur of Berwick, ME, Tim Gwinn of Warwick, MA. Terri Stevens of Lowell, MA. Michael Gwinn of Lowell, MA. Patrick Gwinn of New Gloucester, ME. Cindy Woyton of Attleboro, MA. Matthew Gwinn of Winchendon, MA. As well as their spouses and many nieces and nephews.
