HAVERHILL – John D. Moody, 77, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2018, after several years of failing health and a long struggle with diabetes.
Born on October 22, 1941 in Morrisville, VT, son of the late Howard and Martha Moody.
John was an avid skier, golfer, and sports enthusiast and spent his life teaching the sports he loved. He was a PSIA certified ski instructor and enjoyed many years coaching ski racing at Bradford Ski Area. He instilled the love of the sport in all of his children. John later became a PGA professional and spent several years teaching golf in Port Charlotte, FL before returning to Haverhill. John was a great man who will be sadly missed.
