Muncie; John D. Headrick, 87 passed from this life January 30, 2018 at Signature Health Care in Muncie. John was born January 12, 1931 in Huntsville Alabama to Clada L. and Andrew Headrick.
Mr. Headrick attended school at Royerton later entering the Army achieving the rank of Sargent. He was married to Marcella Crater on February 6, 1956 until her death in 1996. John spent 47 years working for Warner Gear (Borg Warner), retiring in 1996.
He is survived by four children; Sabrina S. Warfel, (John), Tamara J. May, (David), Deidre Crossland, (Paul), Muncie and Marla J. Watson, (Robert), of Alexandria, a brother Clay Boots, Middletown, Sister Maxine Spurlin, Jamestown Tennessee. John also had 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
His wife, parents, three sons and two sisters preceded John in death.
