Okeechobee – John Charles Bravchok died on January 3, 2021. He was born April 14, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio to Charles and Marci (Figley) Bravchok. A resident of Okeechobee for 15 years, he enjoyed playing heavy metal and hard rock on his guitar, building radio towers, fishing, and loved his dog, Sapphire. He was a beloved brother and uncle and an avid Dolphins fan.
Mr. Bravchok’s nephew, Dr. James Alexander Borror, followed him in death.
He is survived by his brother, James Joseph Bravchok; sisters, Terrie Stadler, Sharon Bravchok-Dibble, Susan Bravchok-Nodal, and Charlotte Bravchok-Thomas; a host of nieces and nephews; and his dog, Sapphire.
