Mr. John Caballero
, 79, of Woodside, Queens passed away on Sunday February 7, 2010 at the inpatient unit of the Hospice of New Jersey in Wayne.
Mr. Caballero was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He came to this country at age 16 and lived in New York City. He has lived in Woodside, Queens since 1985.
He was employed as a clerk in the mail distribution department for ExxonMobil for many years. He Retired in 1990.
He served in the Marines during the Korean Conflict.
John is survived by his wife Ligia (Alvarez) and his children John Caballero, Angel Caballero (Flora) Rafael Caballero (Janet) and Ana Caballero. He was the grandfather of Marvin and Rosana.
