Details: John C. Heilker, 74, of Camden, Maine, formerly of Pasadena, MD, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 3, 2015. He died at home with his wife by his side after a long struggle with dementia and asbestosis. Born in Baltimore, MD he joined the United States Marine Corps at age 18 where he served honorably for two years and was discharged as a Lance Corporal. John retired from the Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE) after working there for 33 years. John was a huge Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles fan. John had a deep love for the military, especially his beloved Marine Corps.
