John Baptiste Archangelo Veneroso Finderne – John B. Veneroso, 79, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, March 15, 2023 at RWJUH-New Brunswick. Son of the late John and Florence Marie Veneroso, John was born in Somerville and was a lifelong resident of Finderne. John was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Grammar School in Bound Brook and Bridgewater Raritan High School. John began his career at Johns Manville before starting his own business, Finderne Trucking (formerly Finderne Excavating), which he owned and operated for more than 50 years. During his career, John plowed snow for the State of New Jersey, hauled blacktop, and excavated for several local housing developments and construction projects.
