John Asa Carlton Croteau, III died on December 7, 2014.
John then traveled the world learning about other people and cultures. Later, John worked with his brother Guy at Timberville Electronics in Timberville, VA. More recently John worked at Radio Shack where he made many friends. John amazed those around him with his technical brilliance and his ability to find solutions to complex problems. But, he was more than intellect – John had a real heart for people. He will be missed.
John was a bright, shining light in this world, and we take solace in the fact that he will live in our hearts and memories. We also know that we will one day see John again when we join him in our Father’s house.
John was the Beloved and loving Son of the late John Asa Carlton Croteau Jr and Betty Reed Croteau; Brother of Lee (Julie Reeves) Croteau, Ellen Croteau Mehallick, Gail Croteau Powell (Thomas) and Luke Martin Croteau and the late Guy Reed Croteau: Beloved Uncle of John Powell, Kelly Powell, Matthew Mehallick and Jake Mehallick; Beloved Nephew of Francis and Cecile Croteau; Loving Cousin of Gary(Lynn) Croteau, Wayne Croteau, Steve (Debbie) Croteau, Donna (Ricardo) Croteau Winston,Denise (Tony) Croteau Long, Donald (Beth) Croteau and Bryan (Georgia) Croteau and so many other great family and friends.
