John Archie Staver was born on June 25, 1939 in Saginaw to the late John R. and Wanda (Elvin) Staver. John proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. John married Joyce E. Rachow on October 30, 1972, and she survives him. John worked for General Motors for many years.
John is survived by his wife, Joyce; his daughters: Debra England and Terri Hall; five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchild; and his brother, Michael Lehner.
