Joel “Joe” Caughey, 63, of Lake Park passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Joe was born on July 20, 1956 in Spencer, IA to Frank and Leila (Rutledge) Caughey. He graduated from Algona High School. He worked as a Finance Manager for 14 years for Mau Marine in Okoboji. In Joe’s free time he enjoyed fishing, golfing, and was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan.
He is survived by his son Chad McEnroe of Waukee, IA; brothers Brad (Sheryl) Caughey of Milford and Chris Caughey of Milford; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
