Joe Garcia Jr. age 53, aka JoeJelly, entered into eternal rest May 19, 2020 at his residence in La Feria, TX. He was born in Lafayette, LA on July 25, 1966 the son of Jose Garcia Sr. and Librada Salinas.
JoeJelly was affectionately known for his love of Hot Rods and fun loving nature. He was often the loudest and the life of the party. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was the oldest of four children. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Garcia Sr and Librada Salinas.
He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory his children, Jalissa Garcia, Joe Garcia III and Jesse Garcia, Grandchildren, Julianne Rangel, Angeline Rangel, Emily Rangel and Alianna Ballin, step father, Hector Salinas, siblings, Angie Gonzales (Conrado), Renee Sanchez (Anthony), and Ricardo Salinas (Amanda), nephews and nieces, Angel Gonzales, Benito Perez, Beyonce Salinas, Tristian Salinas and Jalen Moreno.
