HAND, JOSEPH “JOE” MILTON, Ret. Lt. Col., U. S. Army, age 91 of Kissimmee, Florida, formerly of Collegedale, Tennessee, passed away December 31, 2012. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 31, 1921. He was the fourth of five children born to his late parents, Claudius (Claude) Houston Hand, Sr. and Lillie Snow Hand. He was educated in the public schools of Atlanta, GA and attended the University of Georgia. When WWII was declared, he was drafted to serve in the U. S. Army, as a medic in the Medical Corp.
