Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, JoAnne McBride Bunn, was reunited with her eternal companion on January 9, 2022. She was born January 12, 1934 at the family home in Ogden a daughter of Wilford and Beatrice Shaw McBride. She graduated from Ogden High School and later attended Weber State College, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in three-dimensional art.
JoAnne married Walter R. Bunn July 19, 1957; their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple. He passed away July 23, 2012
JoAnne was very creative and artistic. She loved music, especially singing and playing the piano. She enjoyed painting with oil, chalk and watercolors. She also enjoyed studying history and religions.
She is survived by her children, Susan (Clark) Rukavina, Roger (Sandy) Bunn, Diane (Charles) Kelly, W. Brian (Teresita) Bunn, Ken (Cheryl) Bunn; sister Lynette Poulson; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter; her parents; brother Donald; two sisters Dorothy Rae and Doris; granddaughter Sarah, grandson Nick and a great-granddaughter.
