Joanne M. Meckley, 66 of Bethlehem passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday February 7, 2017 with her loving family by her side. Born in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Melba (Farber) Lesher. Joanne worked as a nurses aide and waitress for most of her life. She also designed children’s clothing. Joanne was a member of Bethlehem Community Fellowship.
Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Kelly Martinez and son Robert George, Jr. and his wife Crystal all of Bethlehem; Grandchildren Zachary, Noah, Caleb, Simeon, Jadyn, Dior and Jonah; Brothers, Freddy Lesher and his wife Roseann of Palmerton, Paul Lesher and his wife BettyAnn of Masontown,PA, Mark Farber and his wife Sue of Mt. Juliet, TN and sister Linda Bernhardt and her husband Frank of Palmerton. Joanne was preceded in death by her brother Joey Lesher.
