Joanne Krisa Joanne Krisa, 51, of Trumbull, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2014, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Joanne was born June 5, 1962 in Brooklyn, NY. Joanne touched the lives of many with her beautiful smile, generous spirit and nurturing heart. She was one of four children born to, and survived by, her mother Carol Hamilton Mitchell, and her father, the late Joseph L. Shea. Joanne is survived by her devoted husband of three years, Peter Worcester, his children Scott and Jamie Worcester, and his grandchildren. She also leaves behind her beloved sons, Michael and Christopher Krisa. She will be deeply missed by her siblings, Dana Tamborra, Joseph M. Shea and Kelly Shea; her doting grandmother, Anne McQueeney; her precious grandson, Blake Krisa; her lifelong friend, Lynn Forest; her one and only niece and many nephews; her treasured in-laws and extended family, and countless other friends who were blessed to have known her. Joanne worked in physical therapy for over 20 years, most recently in Pawling, NY, and was adored by her colleagues and patients.
