Joanna “Jo” R. Alexander, 92, of Anderson, passed away on January 5, 2019.
She was born on March 10, 1926 in Millville, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson. Jo graduated from Middletown High School and Indiana Business College. She was a retired secretary for Noble St. United Methodist Church. She liked to quilt, work in her flower garden, and oil paint, but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Jo is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, James “Jim” E. Alexander; daughter, Jan Webb of Fortville; grandchildren, Adam (Dawn) Webb, Alex (Kelley) Webb, and Molly Webb; and great-grandchildren, Myla, Henry, Piper, Sean, and Brendan.
Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Kathryn Reddington; and nephews, John Reddington and Thom Reddington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Gertrude Reddington; and brother, Howard Reddington, Jr.
