Joann Weber, age 83 of Whittemore, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Joann Marie Weber was born in Whittemore, Iowa on April 7, 1937 to William and Bertha (Ulrich) Weber. Joann graduated from the Presentation Academy in Whittemore. She was employed by the Telephone Company for 36 years as a telephone operator and also by Pharmacist Mutual for 20 years.
Left to cherish Joann’s memory are her siblings; Mary Weber of Algona, Nina Weber of Algona, John Weber of Wells, Minnesota, Karen (David) Van Ginkel of Fort Madison and Ruth Weber of Whittemore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews. Joann was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.
