Mrs. JoAnn Hearn died Tuesday Febuary 23, 2016 at Merit Health-River Region Medical Center, she was 70 years old. Mrs Hearn was a life long resident of Vicksburg. She was a member of the Rebecca’s Lodge and a long time carrier for the Vicksburg Post. She was preceeded in death by her husband James D. Hearn, Sr., 2 sons James D. Hearn,Jr. and Pat Hearn and her parents Joseph Owsley and Emma McBroom SeWell. She is survived by her daughter Debra Conerly (Paul) of Vicksburg and a son Greg Hearn of Vicksburg, and 4 Grandchildren.
