JoAnn Brannan Owens, 84, of Rossville passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017. She was a life-long resident of the North Georgia/Chattanooga area. JoAnn retired from JC Penney as a sales clerk and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed being with her family, gardening and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Roe Owens; parents, James Henry Brannan and Mabel Viola McCallie Brannan; brothers, Charles “Buddy” Brannan and Vernon Brannan; and sisters, Mary Brannan and Mildred Brannan Lawrence.
Survivors include her daughters, Jan (Steve) Perry, Chattanooga, and Debra Barnes, Ft.
