PEARSON – JoAnn, 73, of Ringgold died January 28, 2004 at her residence. She was a resident of Chattanooga and North Georgia since 1970 and was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Pearson was retired Executive Director of Electronic Computer Programming College for over 25 years. She had traveled nationwide serving as an accreditor for the National Association of Trade and Technical Schools. She was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Melissa Scragg and was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon H. Pearson, son, Gilbert H. Pearson and daughter, Dana Leigh Pearson Knox. Survivors are her sons and daughter-in-law, Vernon and Elizabeth Pearson, Red Bank, Richard Pearson, Ringgold; granddaughter, Alexandra Leigh Pearson, Ringgold.
