Joan S. Neiley, a 54-year resident of Fairfield, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 15, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Neiley spent her childhood in Northport, Long Island, NY and graduated from Farmington School of Dental Hygiene. Joan was a very successful realtor in Fairfield for the past 37 years, most recently with Nicholas Fingelly Real Estate in Southport. She achieved top 3% status in Connecticut, top 5% nationally, receiving considerable recognition throughout her career, including the coveted Yvette McDonald Award by her peers for her outstanding business accomplishments, civic activities and local Board of Realtor activities.
