Passed to her eternal reward on Sunday, July 7, 2019 surrounded by family who lovingly shared her cancer journey. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 58 1/2 years, Patrick, and six sons, their spouses, and children: Gregory-Meghan (Matt), Connor (Briana), Dillon (Kelsee); Tim and Jenny-Mike (Kara), Peter, Lauren; Kevin and Suzanne-Kate (Jamie), Nick, Hannah; Michael and Julie-Heather, Mary; Brian and Kara-Kallie, Alex, Jacob, Abbie; Dan and Katy-Anna, Maggie, Mark, Lizzie; special “family” members, Deb and Nick Lindquist; sister, Elaine McDonald, and sister-in-law, Kathleen Farley and many nieces and nephews. Joan joins in eternity her parents, Eleanor and Cy Brozek, sister, Mary Drew, and parents-in-law, Doc and Georgie Farley. Joan graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in 1957 and the College of St. Catherine in 1961. She was a tireless volunteer at churches, schools and within the community. But her treasured, and most important role, was being Pat’s wife, “the Farley boys’” Mom, and “the grands’” Grammie. Joan’s message to all of them is, “My unconditional LOVE is with you forever. beginning at 8:30 AM prior to the Celebration.
