Joan Duggins, 81, passed away on Wednesday September 15th at Cate’s House Hospice in Ocala, FL. Joan was the only child of Charles and Frances Kinstler, and wife to husband Edward. She was raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL before heading off to Centre College, where there still is a scholarship that is awarded in her name.
Joan is survived by her only son Russell, daughter in law Meghan, and grandchildren Cailin and Liam, for whom she loved immensely.
