Joan Marie (Barrett) Royer, age 61, Saturday August 9, 2014 at Kobacker House. Graduate of Fr. Wehrle High School where she played basketball and formed many lasting friendships. She was a longtime sports enthusiast who enjoyed following the Browns and Buckeyes. Employed with UPS for over 20 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Steven; brother, John Barrett and parents, Richard and Anne (Sullivan) Barrett. Survived by sons, Keith Kumler of Los Angeles and Adam Royer of Columbus; brother, Richard (Cathy) Barrett; sister, Sue Ann (Dr. Robert) Durbin; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
