Joan Marie Autuori, 71, of Milford and beloved wife to Joseph Autuori passed away peacefully on August 13, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born on July 8, 1943 in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Mills Potsch. Until her retirement, Joan was a cook at Harding High School for the city of Bridgeport. Devoted to her family, Joan will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. The family would like to thank all the kind individuals who have been a source of love, care and support for both Joan and her family in recent years.
In addition to her husband Joseph of 50 years, she is survived by her children; Dawn O’Brien of Orange, Kelley Lambert and her husband Richard of Milford and Lisa Dodge and her husband Michael of North Haven; seven grandchildren Danielle, Joseph, Jacob, Thomas, Nicholas, Samantha and Matthew as well as her sister Charlotte Paulson and her husband George and many more loving family members and friends. Joan is predeceased by her sister Shirley Walsh.
