Joan M. (Postula) Lunn, 74, of Peru passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mrs. Lunn was born on May 14, 1938 in Peru to Joseph and Mary (Kurek) Postula. She married Wayne Lunn on July 18, 1958 at St. Valentine’s Church in Peru. She worked at Westclox in Peru and Ronken Industries in Spring Valley. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Peru.
She is survived by her husband Wayne of Peru; two daughters, Lynn (Frank) Gruenwald of LaSalle and Kathy (Rick) Truskoski of Peru; four grandchildren, Ashley Gruenwald, Clayton Gruenwald, Kayla Truskoski and Deric Truskoski; one sister, Vivian Leonatti of Spring Valley; two brothers, Joseph Postula of LaSalle and Jerry (Dolores) Postula of LaSalle. She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Pallbearers will be Frank Gruenwald, Clayton Gruenwald, Rick Truskoski, Deric Truskoski, Wade Tutt, and Eric Lindenmier. Memorials may be directed to St. Joseph’s Church in Peru
