Joan (Joanie) C. (Reese) Keating of Plymouth passed away peacefully at Wingate at Silver Lake on December 25, 2020 at the age of Seventy-three after a 15 year fight against Alzheimer’s disease. She was the beloved wife of John “Jack” Keating. She was the loving mother of Joseph (Joe) W. Keating and his wife Laurie A (Collyer). She was the cherished grandmother of Tyler, Colby and Kyle Keating. She was the sister of Marie Calabraro and her husband, John and Patricia “Patty” Donnelly and her husband, Michael (Mike). She also was the sister-in-law of Mary (Keating) Kennan and her spouse Joy Mazzei and Jerry Keating and his wife, Julie. Joanie, also, has numerous nephews, nieces and godchildren.Joanie was born on August 20, 1947 in Jamaica Plain. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Jamaica Plain. She loved sewing, knitting, crafts but most of all going to Tyler’s concerts and the boys sporting events.
