Joan Helen Bozaki, 83, of Bethlehem entered into eternal rest and peace on August 22, 2022. Born on July 15, 1939 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Margaret A. (Barthold) Meyer. Joan pursued many interests in her work as a waitress throughout Bethlehem, as a patient care assistant at Restoration House, and as a clerk at Historic Bethlehem. Joan enjoyed crocheting, puzzles and coloring often while listening to country music. She was hardworking and very giving.

Dahl and her husband James of Franklinville, NJ, Philip Parris and his wife Peggy of TN, Karen Caragliano-Donovan and companion Jack of York, Robin Dougherty, Jon Rodney Dougherty of Lehighton, Brian Keith Dougherty of TN, Elizabeth Bedics of PA, Stephanie Joan Bozaki and companion James Whitehurst of Bethlehem and Patricia Stauffer and her husband Matthew Stauffer, Sr. of Jim Thorpe; sister, Henrietta Josephine Thorpe of NC; many treasured grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Perry Richard Cole.
