Joan Fisher Cavanaugh, 65, of Toms River, NJ, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018 at home. Born in Toms River, NJ, she resided in Bayville, NJ before moving to Toms River 42 years ago. Joan was a graduate of Georgian Court College, Lakewood, NJ, receiving her degree in Education. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine of Siena Church of the Parish of St. Junipero Serra, Seaside Park, NJ.
Joan is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Cavanaugh, her children, Jon and Brenda of Island Heights, NJ, Jeffrey and Laura Cavanaugh of Caldwell, NJ, Matthew and Renata Cavanaugh of Toms River, Patrick Cavanaugh of Toms River, Marcus and Kate Cavanaugh of Brooklyn, NY, her grandchildren, Leila, Jacob, Julia, Sadie, Kellan and Abigail, her nine brothers Bill, Jack, Mike, Steve, Tom, Ed, Chris, Greg and Joe Fisher and all her nephews and nieces.
