Passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on September 21, 2015 at her home in Carefree with her husband and hospice nurse present. Joan was a beloved wife, aunt and good friend. She was a devoted woman of faith and her kindness always brought out the best in everyone around her. She is survived by her loving husband Ted of 41 years, niece Linda Dickman (husband David), nephew Stephen Trott (wife Margaret), grand-nieces Theresa Dickman and Joanna Dickman, and cousins Carol Tobin and Paul Guadagnoli. She is predeceased by her older sister, Josephine Trott.
