Jo Marie McKinnis, of Littleton, Colorado was born Octobert 30, 1945 in El Dorado, KS. She passed away February 22, 2012. Jo is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim McKinnis. The high school sweethearts recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of their first date. She is also survived by daughter Jan McKinnis, son-in-law Harry Chow, son Jeff, daughter-in-law Katrina Knewtson, and grandchildren Bronte, Colin and Aidan. Jo’s son Jon preceded her. She loved her grandchildren, family, friends, genealogy, crafts, sewing and traveling. Jo graduated from Lyons KS High School and received an education degree from Kansas State University.
