Jo Ellen Parker Brown of Siloam, GA passed away on September 19, 2019 at her residence. A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was born on April 1, 1943 in Greensboro, GA to the late John Cleveland Parker and Sara Jo Hammond Parker.  She graduated from Greensboro High School in the class of 1961 and married Hugh Clyde Brown on July 21, 1961.  Most of her working career was spent with The Farmers Bank in Union Point as a loan officer.  As a member of the Gold Wing Riders Club she enjoyed many cross country rides with her husband.

In addition to her husband of fifty-eight years, Clyde Brown of Siloam, GA, she is survived by three sons, Tim Brown of Greensboro, GA; Greg Brown (Anjie) of White Plains, GA and David Brown (Jennifer) of Buckhead, GA; six grandchildren, Jake Brown, Jessie Brown, Adam Brown, Christopher Brown, Sean Brown and Bonnie Brown; siblings, Diane “Tot” Mize (Jimmie), Johnny Parker (Becky), Jerry Parker (Julie) and Jeff Parker (Christy); and a number of other relatives and many friends.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Millie Styron.
